I also watched the video today and followed the instructions, though I have to admit that I had to stop masturbating when you re-started the count, plus nearly put my back out following the legs over my head instruction so I could shoot in my face, and I got myself in the eye as well!

I thought the whole thing was very good, the techniques described were interesting and the shooting in my own face was nicely humiliating and exciting at the same time.
